Outdoor apparel company acquired two brands and needed to integrate the teams as well as leverage synergies quickly for the upcoming seasonal launches.

  • Developed a revised organizational structure and re-allocated resources between functions and brands.
  • Identified opportunities to leverage sourcing base across brands, level-loaded production and secured capacity with new and existing suppliers.
  • Expanded 3PL footprint and capabilities to support multi-channel fulfillment of all 3 brands.
  • Aligned product development and Go-to-Market calendars across brands, while accommodating brand-specific needs.

Results:

Successfully launched all brands on-time, on e-commerce sites and in retail stores. Optimization of supply chain resulted in 500-1000 bps margin improvement across the acquired brands.
